Overcoming the Limits of CNS Drug Delivery

Treating solid tumors in the brain requires overcoming complex physical and physiological boundaries. Traditional systemic cell therapies face significant hurdles crossing the blood-brain barrier and surviving within the immunosuppressive landscape of intracranial tumors.

Our approach uses local administration into the brain, bypassing systemic barriers entirely. By locally delivering engineered macrophages, these cells migrate through dense tissue, seeking out residual cancer cells that remain after tumor removal, changing the landscape of CNS oncology.

Modifying the patient's own macrophages with specific targeting receptors and persistent immune-activating payloads to dictate anti-tumor behavior.

2. Infiltrate

Utilizing localized administration to position cells directly where needed, allowing them to freely migrate through neural tissue surfaces and margins.

3. Remodel

Recruiting and activating T-cells by engaging in direct cancer cell engulfment and antigen presentation, turning the cold microenvironment hot.

4. Scale

Developing short, high-yield ex vivo manufacturing protocols tailored to primary macrophages to secure clinical and economic scalability.
